CapitaSpring – A Vertical Oasis in the Heart of the CBD.
Completed in 2022, CapitaSpring is a 280-metre, 51-storey integrated development that reshapes Singapore’s skyline. Rising above Raffles Place, it brings together Grade A offices, serviced residences, retail, and community amenities in one landmark vertical city.
At its heart is the Green Oasis – a four storey, ~35-metre-tall sky garden – set within a development that hosts over 80,000 plants and more than 90,000 square feet of landscaped space. A rooftop sky garden with Singapore’s highest urban farm crowns the tower, advancing biophilic design and sustainable urban living.
Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) and Carlo Ratti Associati (CRA), the project is achieved BCA Green Mark Platinum certification, incorporating smart systems, a climate-responsive facade, and sustainable materials.
Awarded the President’s Design Award (Design of the Year) 2023, CapitaSpring stands as a benchmark for integrating architecture, sustainability, and community within high-density environments.
