CMPB project “NS Hub” wins BCA Project of the Year 2025
Tiong Seng Engineering Solutions (TSES) is proud to celebrate the new Central Manpower Base (CMPB), also known as NS Hub, which has been awarded the BCA Project of the Year (Institutional Category) 2025.
NS Hub stands as a national landmark project, embodying innovation, sustainability, and collaboration in its design and delivery. Serving as a one-stop service hub for national servicemen, the development also extends its benefits to the wider community with integrated healthcare, fitness, and public amenities.
Key Aspects of the Project
- One-Stop Service Hub – Comprehensive National Service-related services including administrative functions, medical screening, and kit replacement, all seamlessly housed under one roof.
- Regional Health Hub – The SAF’s second Regional Health Hub (RHH), centralising healthcare services to ensure responsive and streamlined medical support for soldiers.
- Fitness & Recreation – An All-weather Fitness Conditioning Centre with a sheltered running track, outdoor fitness zone, and a football field, designed for both military and public use.
- Public Amenities – Facilities such as a large food court, childcare centre, and Lifestylemart, making the NS Hub a vibrant and inclusive community space.
- Construction Innovation – A model of digital and modular construction, enabled by early engagement of specialist contractors. These innovations enhanced speed, precision, safety, and sustainability during project delivery.
By receiving the BCA Project of the Year Award 2025 (Institutional), the NS Hub has been recognised as a benchmark project that integrates cutting-edge construction, strong stakeholder collaboration, and community impact.
TSES and its companies are honoured to have contributed to this transformative development through its advanced precast and structural steel solutions, underscoring its role in delivering high-performance, sustainable infrastructure that serves both the nation and the community.
