Tiong Seng Engineering Solutions (TSES), through its specialist steel fabrication arm Steeltech Industries, played a key role in the successful completion of the Patina Maldives, Fari Islands resort — a world-class hospitality development situated within the Rah Falhu Huraa Lagoon at Kaafu Atoll, Maldives.

Steeltech undertook the supply, fabrication, and delivery of structural steel works supporting the resort’s architectural and structural framework. The scope encompassed precision-engineered steel components designed to meet stringent marine and durability requirements, ensuring long-term performance and structural integrity in a coastal environment.

Completed in 2021, the Patina Maldives resort is part of the prestigious Fari Islands masterplan, featuring ultra-luxury villas, beach suites, and shared lifestyle spaces harmoniously integrated with the island’s natural landscape. The project showcases Steeltech’s capability to deliver high-quality, technically complex steel solutions for international developments, demonstrating TSES’s growing presence across the region.
